The Gran Turismo series is my ONLY real reason for buying a PS3, and yes it's worth the $600 because i can afford it. I just sold my HD teli. and I'm using that money for a 1080p teli. in a couple of weeks.

This is for real. My older brother bought a PS1, and it came with a demo game that included Gran Turismo. I fell hard for the game so much that I went out that same day and bought a PS1 for myself along with the game. I've loved the series ever since. This is going to be a great game, I can't wait. Lets see....there was Okami, Bully, and now this, and later on God of War II. Keep em' coming Sony, my PS2 is not done with you yet. It'll be a sad day in gaming when Sony stops production on the PS2.
I can honestly say that even with the sucky online system the PS2 has, I have more than gotten my moneys worth with both my PS2 and PS1. I'm 99% sure that nothing will change with the PS3.
